Use Sawyer for class registration, then follow your confirmation receipt email for Alma onboarding and FACTS tuition setup. Little Sprouts families must first confirm availability and complete the pre-admission process with Leaves.
Your enrollment path
Each portal has one clear job. Complete these steps in order so class registration, student records, and tuition are set up correctly.

Confirm fit and costs
Review the program options, tuition and fees, and terms of enrollment.

Register classes in Sawyer
Choose and register for classes in Sawyer. You will pay the initial material fees for those classes and sign basic agreements, including family policies and the Tuition Contract.

Complete student onboarding
Follow the Alma setup or update instructions at the end of your Sawyer confirmation receipt email. Complete the student information requested by Leaves through that process; contact Leaves if the instructions are missing before creating another account.

Set up tuition in FACTS
Use the FACTS setup or update instructions in your receipt email to arrange tuition payments. Returning families can use the school’s FACTS portal to manage their existing account.

Watch for access to Alma
Follow Leaves’ instructions for access to Alma, the student information system. The returning-family login is for accounts already set up; it is not a substitute for the onboarding instructions in your receipt.
Your personal progress
Mark each step yourself after completing it. Opening a portal does not check a box. These marks are not confirmation from Leaves or the portals and do not prove enrollment.
This is one checklist for this browser, shared by anyone using it. It is not a separate record for each child and does not sync to other devices. Only checkmarks are saved; no student or payment details are collected here. Reset it before starting a new enrollment.
What to have ready
- Your student’s class choices and preferred weekly schedule
- Parent or guardian names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Emergency contacts and important medical information for each student
- Your preferred tuition payment plan and payment information

Sawyer is the registration portal for choosing classes, paying their initial material fees, and signing basic enrollment agreements.
Little Sprouts families: Do not register in Sawyer until Leaves has confirmed space after your pre-admission visit.
